Fall Favorites

HAPPY OCTOBER!! It is my FAVORITE month of the year. Once October arrives, I KNOW that it is fall. Sweater weather typically arrives in full force, and I love it! I thought I would share some of my favorite things for fall. This is not a deep post, just fun fluff.

Essie Smokin Hot nail polish is up first. I love dark polish in the cooler months. This grey is a perfect neutral. Wicked is another of my favorites, but I am almost always wearing “smokin hot”. I do my toe nails year round. Is that weird? I don’t know why, but it’s just a habit of mine.

Fun socks!! I love wearing socks with personality. If you have to have something on your feet, it may as well be fun and comfortable. I discovered Woven Pear last year, and let me tell you, it was life changing. Okay, maybe not that dramatic, but I love them. I have always loved crazy socks, but they typically are poorly made and fall apart. Woven Pear is not that way at all. They have a padded heel and toe, so they are super comfortable and soft. They are so well made that I haven’t even worn a hole in them, which is HUGE. They are always releasing new styles and a sock box each month! If you use my referral link, you can get 20% off your order, which is awesome because they are pricey.

Simple accessories. I am not a big accessories girl. I never have been. I wear stud earrings, my rings from Scott, and a watch. My Mama & Little jewelry is something that I have blogged about in the past. I still wear it often, because all of my girls are obsessed with messing with my necklaces/bracelets… plus it is just pretty.Β Arvo watches are also incredible. They are so simple and aesthetically pleasing. They are a brand with a mission, and I love that. In fact, you have to see what is written on the inside of my (well loved and worn) watch band. e good, do good

Apple cider everything. Don’t get me wrong, I love my pumpkin spice. But, I do think that apple cider (apple spice) may win out. It is at least a tie. I haven’t made these, but apple cider floats sound AMAZING. I also have this coffee, and it is SO good.

It has warmed back up some in our neck of the woods, so I just keep hopping over to my “autumn” pinterest board and mentally diving into many of these pictures. They make me want to grab a warm blanket and cozy up with a book.

I bought some wooden jack-o-lantern signs for Chloe and Addi to paint this week. Harper has her re-evaluation for speech therapy. She will definitely be continuing, but we are going to set some new goals and see what our next steps need to be. Chloe and Addi get a big jealous of Harper’s one-on-one attention and tend to overpower her, so an entertaining craft was a MUST for this week.

What are some of your fall favorite things? Do you switch your nail polish colors when the seasons change? Does pumpkin spice have your heart, or apple cider? Or, are you strange and hate both? (Kidding, I’ll still love you. More for me. πŸ˜‰ )
